Two workmen were told to measure the height of a flagpole, but it was too high for their ladder.
A blonde woman passed by asked what the problem was. She said she could help. She reached into her bag and pulled out a crescent wrench, loosened a nut at the base of the pole, then lowered the pole until it was horizontal. She took the worker’s tape measure, measured, and told them it was 32 ft 6 ins. She left after the pole was upright and the bolt replaced.
“Typical blonde,” one of the workers grumbled.
