I was at a wine launch in the early 80's here in Dallas. Jim Hightower was the ag commishner(sp) at the time. The national press was covering it and he's waxing warm about the Texas wine industry and how it was becoming world class, on par with France even. Then he says but we do occasionally get the Chateau Bubba, as everyone else swooned and clutched their pearls, I laughed. Very long and very loud. Today this day when I hit a bad wine, it's Chateau Bubba.

By the way Kentucky is trying to get it's wine industry off the ground. It's still a work in progress, still I liked to get some of their product back to you.
